Project Manager

Position Title: Project Manager
Hiring Unit / Location: Remote
Job Type:  Full Time/Permanent
Required Experience and Education:
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) preferred, but not required
Description: The Project Manager supports the development and management of both client projects and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities: Client Project Management

  • Attend client meetings with a CPG Facilitator.
  • Take comprehensive meeting minutes.
  • Develop Strategic Plans as an outcome of client strategy sessions.
  • Create unique client solutions / deliverables as required.
  • Write high quality client reports.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Liaison with clients and internal team members to ensure scope execution.
  • Support the client with the execution of strategic initiatives.

Internal Strategic Projects

  • Provide leadership in the creation of new internal policies and procedures.
  • Develop internal standards, systems, and tools to enable process execution.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements that enhance value.
  • Project manage strategic initiatives in alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Liaison with internal teams to advance strategic projects.

Internal Team Support & Administration

  • Develop client proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Original content development, including presentations and graphics.
  • Coordinate internal reporting and client stewardship.
  • Monitor and update internal process and procedure documents.
  • Develop tools / resources to support internal teams.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Strong PowerPoint and design capabilities.
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and self-manage.

Insurance Analyst

Position Title: Insurance Analyst
Hiring Unit / Location: Plymouth MI
Job Type:  Full Time/Permanent
Required Experience and Education: 3+ years in Commercial Insurance, Development insurance a plus.

Property and Casualty Agent License

CIC designation or similar

Origami (RMIS) experience an asset

Description: Support CPG in the execution of client work through policy and contract analysis, and resolution of client inquiries.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contract reviews including leases, vendor agreements, loan documents and lender requirements, property management agreements and other documents outlining insurance obligations
  • Review and validate coverage as compared to contractual requirements.
  • Work with contracting parties to remedy insurance standards as needed, or obtain client approval for deviations
  • Track and document the above reviews in the RMIS (Origami) system.
  • Provide internal support and follow up in facilitating information gathering for renewal, premium allocation, new deals and acquisitions.
  • Support in the management of non-deal related insurance policies and documents.
  • Support in the upload of policies and endorsements into Origami (as needed).
  • Review incoming Certificates of Insurance and upload into Origami.
  • Review and close out tasks as assigned in Origami.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with entire MS Office suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Administrative Assistant

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Hiring Unit / Location: Scottsdale AZ

Required Experience and Education:
  • 1-5 years of business experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education required
Description: The Administrative Assistant professionally manages office maintenance, projects, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple associate calendars; including scheduling internal and external meetings, project deliverables, deadlines, and reminders 
  • Coordinate meetings on behalf of associates; including document preparation, location, confirmation of participant attendance, agendas
  • Attending meetings as required to document discussions and prepare corresponding documentation
  • Answering phones
  • Purchase and track parking passes, office supplies, kitchen supplies
  • Purchase online orders for associates
  • Process courier shipments
  • Handle mail for the office
  • Greet clients / walk-ins
  • Set up and clean rooms for client meetings
  • Order and pick up lunch for client meetings or partners
  • Manage boardroom calendar
  • Organize social events
  • Prepare expense reports
Specific Tasks:
  • Professional Interaction with clients and client contacts
  • Note taking and document preparation
  • Co-ordination of email and prioritization of tasks
  • Client meeting preparation and follow up
  • Preparation of client documents and reports – (including graphics as required)
  • Maintaining sufficient levels of office supplies
